Bluebird Ice Cream
Seattle , Washington
I visited the location at 3515 Fremont Avenue N.

After a wonderful greek dinner in the Fremont district in seattle I had a craving ,
I wanted dessert and discovered that there was a micro creamery just across the way .
As I studied the chalkboard I realized this was a collection of creative and inventive flavor
and my palete was ready for the adventure .

First was Chocolate pudding . This was deep , rich and slighly dark chocolately goodness with all the tones of a real chocolate pudding .

Next we had the Elysian Stout . Suprizingly this wasn't dark in color as i imagined the Stout would be but very full flavored . It was not overpowering at all but more A wonderful stout witht the cream resting on top .This really brought out a caramel note wrapped in tingly hoppy stout flavor but creamy like a porter ( which is one of my favorite beers ) .

Last but not least , Cb's Peanut butter . This was hands down my favorite and the other 2 were really good . This had all the flavor of Nutter Butters only better .I couldn't get enough of this one .

All in all this was a very happy dessert trip .
I will definitely visit again and with multiple locations in Seattle dessert will be just around the corner .
